It is very frustrating trying to get into this site throughout the day only to get a 404 error. I suggest bluehost.com. I have been hosting with them for years and rarely, if ever have I seen it go down.

The server is very unstable indeed.
I don’t know the details of how Yii is hosted, but it would probably be a good idea to scale it up a bit.
Maybe Yii is getting too popular for its hosting?
