Heh, you can write a simple PHP script that downloads all files for you, if you really need it so badly. 
I don’t think I have to. If I am not mistaken there is add on from Firefox called Scrapbook can do the job. But I am not sure yet… because I don’t really quite understand how to use this add on yet…
I found out that calem has create the chm of the cookbook. Although it is not a complete one but I think it is a good step to begin with
