Sorry my ignorance but… how suppose I should install this??

You can just put this file into your_firefox_install_dir\searchplugins\ where another search engine plugins are.

For example, in my case (Win7 x64) full path is: c:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins\yii-framework.xml

I hope, this search plugin will be helpful for Yii users.
