how can check a website’s visitor count, if the website itself does not specify?

i dont want use it in my project

only want to check a website visitor count, for example how many visitors http://banifilm.ir/ or http://telewebion.ir/ does have each day?

want an online tools or any helpful tool

So these aren’t your websites? If in this case you have to ask the owners for the statistic (very unlikely to get) or use service like Alexa http://www.alexa.com or similar.
