Arabic Language Forum under Yii international

Hello,

Not sure where to place my request,

I would like to have a new language forum for Arabic under "Yii International".

will ignite it by posting a couple of articles, and spreading the word to the Arab web-developer community.

Also coordinating the effort to have an Arabic Localization of Yii messages.

I second this request and can help translate the wiki and language files into Arabic and Kurdish.
