Any recommendations for a free web based project management tool?

I just came across Celstic in the application forum.

It seems comparable to redmine (ruby).

I also used to use dotproject but haven’t used that for almost 2 years.

I like these, although they are not built with Yii!

I’m giving http://www.teamworkpm.net/ a try. They have a free plan for 2 active projects. So far I’m liking it.
