Hi, I’m trying to learn YII and get a project going in Johannesburg, South Africa.

At this stage I can’t afford a full time developer but would be willing to discuss payment for mentoring and discussion, either face to face or online. Anyone in Johannesburg with experience in YiiBooster or YII willing to help?

I would say the best way to learn is read the docs and ask questions in the forums.

Thanks. I have found some help and will most certainly be asking questions in the forums. The docs are not always that helpful to a complete newbie.
