Yii2 Advanced without composer.phar

I have installed Yii2 Advanced; but I don’t find composer.phar so If I want to install an extension I need composer.phar But i don’t have that file, how can I install composer.phar on my yii2 advanced ? please

I found it the composer.phar I have to download it from : Composer.phar

for someone if Need it
