Nice job. Would you please share how u’ve done an internationalization? I speak Russian, btw )

Because now I’m looking for an approach of realization its functionality using the database and I’ll have to do a web site within 10 languages. I’ve chosen one implementation how it could be done, but just looking for some another opinions.
