Yii Meetup: Yii New York City's Second Meetup

The Yii NYC meetup group is having it’s second meeting next week, on Tuesday, December 11, at 7:00pm. It will be held in the offices of Control Group, which is where I work. We’re located in the Woolworth Building in Manhattan, and here is our address:

Congrats with the first successful meetup. Hope it will gather more and more people. If you need any help with info, topics etc., let me know. Sharing some photos will be great.

About YiiConf in Kiev, Ukraine. That was quite a big conference and it wasn’t just Yii-related, it was all about Yii. Also we have Yii “beer parties” (i.e. very informal meetups) across all the ex-USSR and I really hope that it will spread to US as well.

btw., if you’re planning to actually hold regular meetups, we can think about putting together a page about groups and meetups list at the website.

Great! btw., about a calendar, we plan using Google calendar for tracking all the evets. Is it OK for you to add/edit your meetup schedule from time to time? If yes, send me your gmail ID and I’ll add you to calendar.
