I just installed Yii. Just now. Literally. And I have no idea why I got this error. Help anyone?

What error exactly ? Can you post screenshot, error messages, anything ?

i think you must run you app in admin level

for example in ubunut:

bash>> sudo su >> enter password >> firefox >> go to http://localhost/basic/web/index.php

Benedict can not post anymore because of forum rules, we were talking in private, I told him to make sure runtime folder is writable, but that did not helped him. I have no idea what is wrong :(
