Yii for commercial use

Hello community,

is yii free to use for commercial purposes or can anyone tell me, where I can buy a license? Under license I can only find that it is “freely for commercial purposes in derivative works.”.

The license says that you can do anything you want with it, with the following restrictions:

  1. Do not claim that you wrote it
  2. Keep the original copyright.
  3. Mark clearly changed code, if any.

It is a very permissive license.
