here is my new extension for the Yii.

The main code (xmlapi wrappers) based on the docs (not from the sources) from the http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/ApiDocs/WebHome. I found that sometimes docs are inconsistent.
I plan to correct wrappers to make them an appropriate to the cPanel code.
