We started refactoring our internal intranet/CRM/compliance management system into YII about 5 years ago. At that time I pulled the developer off refactoring to add new features to existing. I would like to go back and upgrade Yii and finish the refactoring process.
I need to have someone have a look and give me a sense of time and budget to complete. This could become an ongoing contract as well.
