I’m considering these 2 CRM and still can’t get my decisions set. My main decision criterias are:

High Priorities

  • Ease of beginner Yii developer to understand and customize the codes (super high priority!)

  • Community support (short to say how much you can get replied when posting questions about the particular CRM)

Low Priorities

  • Number of built-in modules/features (X2 wins but not a factor)

  • Performance

  • Design

Which one that fits ‘slightly’ better?

I don’t know X2Crm code, but i can say ZurmoCRM is a great tool and you can easly customize it for your needs. The community forum is also a great place to get help on any issue you enconter.
