I’m considering these 2 CRM and still can’t get my decisions set. My main decision criterias are:
High Priorities

Ease of beginner Yii developer to understand and customize the codes (super high priority!)

Community support (short to say how much you can get replied when posting questions about the particular CRM)
Low Priorities

Number of built-in modules/features (X2 wins but not a factor)
