why there is no wiki documentation?

Hi,

I am trying to learn yii, i am a total newbie but I would like to be able to explain some functions I have been able to understand and they have not been explained in documentation. For example in the Blog tutorial

there is no explanation about array2string and string2array.

is there no other documentation which is wiki too, in a way you can write when you find something missing?

oh my god, how I could have not seen it. But anyway, how to do a blog tutorial it’s not there :-S
