Why It's Not Allowed To Write Comments On Extensions If One Have Not Posted To The Forum?

Hi,

I like to leave a comment for an extension but it says: "Sorry, you are too new to post comments. Please try posting in our forum first."

Are the comments in the extensions section not intended to discuss this extension?

How many Posts in the Forum I have to write until I can leave a comment?

Got to post something on the forum to help someone on an extension page… not the best way to promote community support. But well, hello everybody ! :)
