There’s no such a thing as Yii theme.
Yii is a framework, not a CMS.
Well, acronym “yes it is” tells me it’s a CMS O_o
My point was to ask some advance of where to look for ready-to-go design.
What I’ve found for now is this site:

but you can build nice CMS out of Yii-Framework[!] (as some already have done)
I’ve already didi it. To finalise the project I need nice shiny skin instead of standard yii white and blue decoration.
