Understand business and technical requirements

Produce a solid and detailed technical design

Write clean, modular, robust code with proper documentation to implement the requirements

Work with little supervision but also knowing when to ask for clarification

Work with us to fix bugs with rapid turnaround

Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
Experience
-
Solid experience with PHP Frameworks, PHP5, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, XHTML, CSS, MySQL, REST APIs

x2engine, NoSQL (MongoDB and/or CouchDB), and ElasticSearch experience a plus
-
A work style that is extremely detail oriented

Able to understand use and test cases.

Will follow coding best practices.
