یک مشکل بزرگ در اجرای برنامه

با عرض سلام و خسته نباشید به دوستان عزیز

من تازه با این فریم ورک آشنا شدم

دارم باهاش یک سایت مینویسم مشکل اینجاس که من فرم عضویت رو نوشتم ولی برای فرم لاگین قسمت
