数据统一GBK

php页面怎么统一？我现在发现有的页面，中文部分编码用了utf-8，部分用了gbk。通过浏览器测试得出这个结果

如何统一？Yii中怎么样设定GBK？

suggest you use utf-8. I am outside China in Canada, not sure how to display without the fond-library supports if you use gbk which are not installed in windows by default? maybe I am wrong.
