Table for gridview and detailview

Hi everyone,

How do I control each of the column spacing inside each of the table? This is because each of the column space seen to be adjusted automatically and it makes each column with a lot of spacing among each column. I have taking the screen shot from the table as attached.

Please guide on this problem.
