Sub Relation In _Form.php With Code Generation

Hi everyone !

My DB relations seen like attached er diagram.

I using giix code generator. After generating,

I want "adresler(adresses)" table only "aciklama(comment)" field instead "iller/ülkeler/mahalleler/ilçeler (provinces / states / districts / counties)" statements view at "ogrenciler/_form.php(students/_form.php)"

How do I create this form together with table’s sub relations?
