Yii 2.0 Extensions

I need to create a simple (very simplified) version of Stack Exchange. The main focus is on reputation, privileges and badges.

To not reinvent the wheel, I wanted to use some existing Yii2 extensions, but found nothing. And I would like to ask someone confirm that there is no example of such creation and no extension that could ease such task. And that everything must be developed from scratch.
