Site Search (Textual) using Yii 1.1 with Internationalization

Hi All,

I’m trying to configure some sort of search mechanism so that the user on my site will be able to search on the content of the website. I’ve tried setting up Zend_Search_Lucene search however, it seems to me not functional as I’m having done with the internationalization for English, Italian and Portuguese. I’m having trouble with the non ASCII characters. Further, I’m using Yii::t() method to translate the text for each language.

Can anybody tell/help me in resolving the situation?

Hi All,

I’ve not yet received any reply? Does it mean that it is not possible to include/create a Static Search using Yii with Multiple Languages enabled?
