Maybe you can ask a more specific question regarding multidomain?
I mean, multiple websites (on different domains) with the same back-end.
So a user can log in the Admin area and manage multiple websites from a single CMS installation… This way he can write articles for one of those website… Each website must have its own template and settings etc…
I don't see why this can't be done with any framework.
You just need to determine the host name and vary the templates in use accordingly.
