Shared hosting

Hi there,

I tried to start working with Yii 2.0 and found the issue out about shared hosting guid.

Could somebody let me know how it should structured on the shared hosting?

Currently I only see the 404 error and message "Unable to resolve the request "doc-2.0/guide-tutorial-shared-hosting.html".
