Separated sessions for front and back ends

Hi folks!

Please help to understand the following.

I have advanced yii2 application. Backend points to admin.domain.com and frontend points to domain.com.

Is there any point implementing a second part of this article (configuring /backend/config/main.php and /frontend/config/main.php)?
