Hello, I’m looking for developers that not only have experience with YII, but PHP itself and an understanding what looks good and what does not look good on the front end. Whilst there are issues relating to international payments to Iran we can overcome such issues with PayPal, TransferWise, BitCoin etc although my preference would be that the developer(s) have their own international bank account outside of Iran.
