Some RSS readers (eg. Vivaldi Browser) multiplify messages from your RSS feed (https://www.yiiframework.com/rss.xml) on new message check.
I’ve looked inside xml and noticed, pubDate node always contain current time. A think it makes the problem.
Could you change pubDate to real publication date?
