popup a image from a form link

hi, i am new to php and wish to get your help on what i need here.

under the admin.php, i have some records and image have been display.

currently i wish to use the onmouseover or onclick event to popup the selected image to another windows.

can someone give me an advise?

i have attach my code for the admin.php for your reference.
