Php_Network_Getaddresses: Getaddrinfo Failed: Name Or Service Not Known

Hi,

I utilize Yii to generate random links to have a digital signage structure.

Some times, in some device, this error occurs:

file_get_contents():confused: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not Known

How can I solve this issue?

Maybe caused by Apache/PHP unable to contact the dns server …

I check error log but there is no "500" error.

The device instead shows

Error 500: file_get_contents():confused: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not Known

Finally, my provider toldo me that they have no problem with DNS resolution
