No update for Yii2 Support for PhpStorm 2023, Suggestion for Alternative

Does anyone here has any suggestion that we can use for PhpStorm 2023. It seems that nvlad (the author) does not have an update yet.

VSCode with PHP Intelephense have been my combo for quiet long time and am happy with it!

Thank you for your response. I have been using the Yii2 Inspections for years already. However, it does not help with the views inspections just like the Yii2 Support.

Php Inspections is a good one as well.

Are you referring to the VS Code?

I just tried VS Code. However, there are features I mostly used in PHPStorm that are not available in VS Code. But I think there are corresponding plugins for those feature in VS Code.

Below are some of the features that I frequently used in PHPStorm.

  1. Code Folding (Auto-Code Folding when opened)
  2. Split View
  3. Auto-generation of PHP Doc
  4. Server / Deployment access
  5. Comparison of Code (Server, Git, Local History, Shelves)

Do you have any idea of any plugin that I can utilize that can do those features?

use phpstorm ,it is perfect
