It’s nice project in early life cycle. Needs quite a lot of polishing and possible redesign, but the idea behind is nice. I would suggest modularity - do not include features that require flexibility into core. For example selling products requires extremly high level of flexibility since each seller may require different functions, product variants, theming, ordering/delivery workflow etc. That would be perfect candidate for module “eshop”. App core should include only immutable hooks and loaders and perhaps CMS management (since this should be CMS in first line). Everything else should be optional and strictly separated …
