Multiple Instances of the same fields on one form

Hi

I have a form to collect question data which works fine. I now want to expand the form to also collect multiple answers at the same time. I’ve managed to build the form to collect data for the question and one answer but can’t figure out how to expand the answer model to allow for multiple answers.

I’ve checked around the forum and wiki but can’t seem to find anything that deals with this specific issue.
