Mb_Strlen()

Hi,

Have just downloaded Yii 2.0.0 alpha for testing and already run into some trouble.




Call to undefined function yii\helpers\mb_strlen()

Do I need special extension for this function mb_strlen() ??

Mbstring.

Also plz use the requirements checker to ensure that your server satisfies the mininum requirements for Yii2.

You need to enable this extension in PHP… check the PHP docs here - http://www.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
