When you say UK based I assume you mean you are not interested in people working remotely. Is this correct?

Happy for people to work remote/hybrid but given the type of contract and data, we need people to be in the UK for vetting and security clearance purposes.

Not really. We ended going via multiple agencies to hire some PHP contractors (expensive and ineffective).
