It’s Invision Power Board editor. It’s really nice, but I don’t think you can download it as a stand-alone editor :)

Just a note about this editor: It’s not perfect in chrome. In contrast to other browsers the font is always courier. And if the cursor is positioned at the beginning of a line, you can’t see it, which is very annoying.

If i take into account all the other problems we have encountered (like issues with CamelCase or the missing feature to filter new messages by section) i’m not a big fan of this software.
