Is There A Editor Which Can Both Handles Image Upload Easily And Supports Ie7/8 And

I used redactor before, It is a very good editor, File upload is a very easy job with it. However it does not support IE7/8. I have to replace it. Can anyone give me some suggest? Thanks very much.
