Is Gii CRUD Tool available in Yii3?

Good morning Yii forum. I am a newbie to Yii framework but have worked with Django in the past. One of the reasons among others that prompted me to migrate to Yii is the CRUD tool Gii. The same feature will somehow affect my decision to stay will Yii in the forthcoming Yii3 version. Will this feature be available and preserved in Yii3?

It’s on the roadmap: https://github.com/yiisoft/docs/blob/master/003-roadmap.md#gii and in the repo, so I assume the plan is to keep it.
