Internal server error in Yii2

Hello,

I am trying to add a device on my web portal but I am getting an Internal error. Further check in apache error log gave the response below.

Please what am I doing wrong?

It looks like it tries to create new folder but doesn’t have permission to do it. Check owner and group that parent folder belongs to and its write/read settings.
