But maybe you should move the “winning” and “failing” banners automatically instead of having to click next manually? Just a suggestion Still a really fun game!

Thanks everybody who gave me feedback, your ideas were heard and mostly implemented removed WINNING and LOSING pages, and made the whole PLAY page more AJAX-y and (I think) really speed up the game. The faster you answer, the more score you get - so be quick

yes, - points are definitely part of the game. if you don’t know the quotes that well, you can end up below 0 pretty quick …

funny you ask, it was actually one of my goals for Christmas but I just didn’t have the time 
I’m thinking about a module with REST calls and the front-end with HTML5 and JS. so I can turn it into a mobile game as well

Thank you very much for being interested in this app.
Yes, I decided to discontinue the web based version of this game and moved it to the Android mobile platform. I complitely re-wrote the whole system and it heavily uses front-end technologies (mostly AngularJS), although the back-end for storing the individual scores is powered by Yii (of course ).
