Hi!
My team is looking for an offshore software development company. We’re not software developers ourselves, but we need to build a website for ourselves and the management decided to choose PHP for the back.

As we’re a recruiting agency, we have quite large databases, which have to be managed effectively. Plus we want a nice blog page, contact us page and we want to make the search on the website easy.

What should we pay attention to while looking for a company? How long would the development of such a website be?
Any help will be much appreciated!
