hello,
my second post on this forum, i have try to use Smarty with Yii
i use smarty 5years a go i have no problem with bu i can’t understand how this framework work,
how can i assign variable to my template ?
how can i change the template forlder ?
how can i build my own design and frames based on yii or i must respect the template of demo …
finally i think yii is to hard to understand i have try to build something with it for 3day no think

download the smarty extension here and follow the instructions

i have install it and it work but what i dont understand how to assign variable
it’s not like php ordiner method there are an other methode
