How to use an HTML Template with Yii

Dear Yii-Users,

I have a question about the custimization of the Yii application. Can i use a HTML template to customize my website and use yii. If this is possible can you give me instructions how i can do that?

A HTML template consists of HTML, CSS, JS and some images. Yii outputs HTML, CSS, JS and images. So yes, Yii can generate any output you want.

Quite frankly, if you have to ask how to do that, maybe start with the guide?
