How To Show Other Models Field Name In Form While Updating

Hi all,

I have a form with 10 fields. out of 10. I’ve 2 drop down fields which needs id’s from other 2 other models(I’m getting these names and id’s from other 2 models and storing the id’s for current model. this is all fine for creating.

but while updating how to show the names from other 2 models for current model record??
