How to refresh captcha image in contact page

I want my contact page to refresh the captcha image everytime it load(or refresh).I have read http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6168451/how-to-refresh-captcha-image-using-yii-framework and http://www.yiiframework.com/forum/index.php/topic/11425-solved-ccaptcha-doesnt-seems-to-work-on-cactiveform/.but,I don’t find my luck please someone help me.Thx

nakarin captcha image does reload by default every time you refresh your page
