Usually no one wants to do that kind of things. Do you have any particular needs?
yes i have to create themes folder there i can keep my all header and footer folder for common access for that purpose i have to change the directory structure as per my requirement
Do you want to share the themes between frontend and backend?
Why don’t you store them in a directory under “common” and configure themes in both ends accordingly?
