How to change the class of ul/li in CTabView?

In CTabView, only the div container’s htmlOptions can be modified. I’m using Yii with Bootstrap so sometimes the class of ul and li elements need to change for the framework. So how can I modified the ul class and when a tab is actived add “active” to li?
