How to add video conference chat application for PHP based website

Hi Friends,
This I want to apply a video conference chat application on my site https://penmypaper.com. Which content like video chat, audio, file transfer (PDF, DOC etc), video conference up to 40 or more students at a time.
I tried hard, but I couldn’t get success. How will I do this?
I need your help.
Please help me out this problem.

This service doesn’t seem to provide an API, so I guess you can only embed it in a iframe? :confused:
